800种中草药抗乙型肝炎病毒的实验研究

Experimental Study of Inhibition Effects of Chinese Medicinal Herbs on Hepatitis B Virus

目的 :从中草药中筛选出高效的抗乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)药物。方法 :采用反相间接血凝实验对 80 0种中草药水提物进行抗HBV的实验研究。依据抑制指数 (II)和综合药效指数 (SEI)评价药效。结果 :经初筛得抗HBV的有效药 15种 ,复筛得高效药 2种 ,即天花粉 (SEI 10 .0 )、香薷 (SEI 9.75 )。结论 :实验筛选出 15种中草药对HBV活性有抑制作用 ,其中天花粉、香薷可高效抑制HBV。

Objective: To screen Chinese medicinal crude herbs in order to identify highly efficacious drugs with anti hepatitis B virus(HBV). Methods: The reverse indirect hemagglutination test was used to screen the water extract of 800 Chinese medicinal crude herbs for efficacious drugs with anti HBV activities.The efficacy of the drugs was evaluated based on inhibitive index(Ⅱ) and synthetical effect index(SEI).Results:In the preliminary screen, there were 15 efficacious herbs.After reselection,2 highly efficacious herbs were found.They were Trichosanthes kirilowii(SEI 10.00)and Elsholtzir splenens(SEI 9.75).Conclusion:There are 15 Chinese medicinal crude herbs which can inhibit the activities of HBV.Among them,Trichosanthes kirilowii and Elsholtzir splenens are highly efficacious drugs.
