喷昔洛韦乳膏治疗生殖器疱疹临床观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effects on Treating Genital Herpes with Peneiclovir Cream

目的 评价喷昔洛韦乳膏治疗生殖器疱疹的疗效和安全性。方法 将 94例生殖器疱疹的患者随机分为治疗组外用喷昔洛韦乳膏涂患处 4～ 5次 /d ,和对照组阿昔洛韦软膏涂患处 4～ 5次 /d进行比较。结果 治疗组与对照组在有效率和痊愈率上有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of peneiclovir cream against genital herpes. Methods 94 patients with genital herpes were randomly divided into two groups: treatment groups treated with Peneiclovir Cream 4～5 times per day by external smearing, and control group with Aciclovir Cream 4～5 times per day by external smearing and the effects were compared. Results There are significantly differences in terms of effective rate and healing rate between treatment group and control groups ( P <0.05). Conclusion Peneiclovir Cream is a safe and effective drug against genital herpes.
