针氧疗法治疗普通型偏头痛的临床疗效观察

Clinical Study Report on Ordinary Ucgraine Treated by Acup Ther and Absorbing O_2

目的 观察针氧治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法 治疗组 2 5 6例用针灸配合吸氧疗法治疗 ,对照组 12 8例应用口服常规药物进行治疗 ,重点观察其治疗有效率及毒副作用。结果 治疗组总有效率 10 0 % ,对照组总有效率 84 % ,经统计学处理P <0 .0 5 ,差异具有显著意义。两组毒副作用比较有极显著意义。结论 针灸配合吸氧治疗偏头痛 ,具有临床治愈率高无毒副作用等优点 。

Objective Cure ordinary migraine mainly. Methods 256 cases in the treatment group treated by acupuncture and Moxibustion combined with absorbing O 2, 128 cases in the control group treated by taking medicine. Observe therapeutic effect and side effect mainly. Results The Total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group, and 84% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05) as compared with side effect. Conclusion Acupuncture and Moxibustion combined with absorbing O 2 treats migraine with advantage of clinical higher cured rate and no side effects. It is a better, effective way of trating for migraine.
