肾脏炎性假瘤的诊断与治疗

Renal Inflammatory Pseudotumour

目的 探讨肾脏炎性假瘤诊治方法。方法 对 7例肾脏炎性假瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 临床症状 :腰痛 7例、发热 5例、7例B超和 5例CT检查示肾实质性不均匀肿物。 3例行手术探查及病灶清除、活检术 ,4例抗炎治疗 ,均痊愈。结论 根据病史、B超及CT等检查综合分析是诊断肾脏炎性假瘤主要依据 。

Objective To inquire into the diagnosis and therapy of renal inflammatory pseudotumour. Methods 7 cases of renal inflammatory pseudotumours were retrospectively analysed. Results Clinical symptoms: 7 cases had lumbago and 5 cases had fever, All examined by B ultrasonography and 5 cases of which examined by CT were turned out to have a substantial and uneven lump in the kidney; 3 cases of which were cured through operation and others were cured by antibiotic therapy. Conclusion The main proof of diagnosis lies in the synthetical analysis of case history, the results of B ultrasonography and CT examination. Long term and combined antibiotic therapy is the first choice for the treatment of renal inflammatory pseudotumours.
