Treatment of Atlantoaxial Dislocation with APOFIX Internal Fixation System

目的 :探讨颈后路植骨 Apofix内固定术治疗寰枢椎脱位的临床效果。方法 :回顾性分析 1998年 6月～ 2 0 0 1年 5月共 11例寰枢椎脱位患者 ,均作了颈后路 Apofix固定手术。结果 :经 4个月～ 3年 (平均 1.6年 )随访 ,所有患者均在 3～ 6个月获骨性融合。局部症状缓解率 91% ( 10 / 11)。术后脊髓功能改善情况 :优 8例 (占 73 % ) ,良 2例 (占18% ) ,中 1例 (占 9% )。结论 ;寰枢椎脱位颈后路 Apofix内固定术具有操作简便 ,固定可靠 ,临床效果良好等优点 ,对减轻颈髓损害以及提高预后具有良好效果。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical outcome of pattan patients with atlantoaxial dislocatlon treated by posterior atlantoaxial fusion and APOFIX lnternal fixation system.Method:The clinical data of 11 cases Of atlantoaxlal dislocation from June 1998 to May 2001 were analysed retrospectively.All patients were treated by posterior Apofix internal Fixation.Results:The patients were followed postoperative from 4 months to 3 years,(average Of 1.6years).All patients had solid osseous unions from 3 months to 6 months postoperativly.Pain relief was achieved in 91% of the cases of the patients with myelopathy evaluated,8 cases were rated as exellent,2 cases as good,1 case as fair.Conclusion:Apofix internal fixation system has the advantages of simple manipulation,reliable fixation and satisfied clinical results for the treatment of patient with atiantoaxial dislocation.It is also effective for reducing myelopathy and improving prognosis
