五子四物瓜石汤对抗雷公藤多苷所致消化系统毒性的研究 被引量:23

摘要 目的 :研究五子四物瓜石汤 (WT)对雷公藤多苷 (GTW )所致大鼠及小鼠消化系统毒性的对抗作用。方法 :分别以大、中、小三个剂量WT与等剂量GTW合用 ,以单用GTW组为对照 ,观察各组大鼠体重、胃液成份、消化系统脏器病理及小鼠小肠推进的改变。结果 :中剂量WT可显著对抗GTW所致大鼠食欲减退、腹泻及体重下降 ,并能显著解除GTW对小鼠小肠推进性蠕动的抑制 ;GTW及WT对大鼠胃液成份及消化系统脏器病理无明显影响。结论 :WT可显著对抗GTW所致大鼠及小鼠消化系统的毒性。 Object: To study the effects of WT against GTW-induced digestive system toxicity in rats and mice. Methods: Different groups of rats and mice were treated respectively with large, middle and small doses of WT plus fixed dose of GTW compared with GTW alone as a control group. Thereafter, the changes in body weight, components of gastric juice, pathomorphology of stomach, intestine and liver of rats as well as intestinal peristalsis of mice were investigated. Results: When GTW was administered in combination with middle dose of WT, GTW-caused decrease in food and water intake as well as body weight of rats and inhibition of intestinal peristalsis of mice, could be reversed to normal level without any influence on components of gastric juice, pathomorphology of stomach, intestine and liver. Conclusion: Middle dose of WT was shown to relieve the adverse effects on digestive system induced by GTW.
