摘要
采用大鼠结扎右侧大脑中动脉 (RightMiddleCerebralArteryOcclusion ,RMCAO )造成局灶性脑缺血模型 ,复方仙灵脾注射液不仅能明显改善MCAO大鼠血浆中的PGI2 水平 ,降低血小板聚集率 ,增加SOD活力 ,而且能够明显减少TXA2 水平和MDA的含量 ,缩小脑梗塞面积。
The focal cerebral ischemia rat model was made by the occlusion of right middle cerebral artery. 60 Sprague-Dawsley (SD) rats (30 males and 30 females, 6 month old) were randomly divided into six groups. Pseudo-operation groups (n=10), model groups (n=10), tetramethylpyrazine injection controls group (n=10), among treatment group of FFXLP injection large dose group (n=10), middle dose group (n=10) and small dose group (n=10). The results showed that FFXLP injection could not only increase PGI_2 levels in plasma, lower platelet aggregation rate, increase SOD activity, but also decrease obviously TXA_2 levels and the content of MDA, lessen infarct size of brain. Conclusion: FFXLP injection can improve obriously balance of TXA_2-PGI_2, inhibit platelet aggregation and increase the volume of cerebral blood flow at the same time, ischemia damage in acutely cerebral infariction. So that it be used to tract focal cerebral ischemia and curative effects are superior to those of tetramethylpyrazine injection.
