摘要 目的 :探索建立证病结合的寒热胃粘膜损伤大鼠模型。方法 :SD大鼠用无水乙醇造成胃热模型 ,用冰NaOH造成胃凉、胃寒模型 ,并观察左金丸与反左金在模型上的药效反应。结果 :形态和组织学观察 ,左金丸都明显减轻乙醇模型大鼠的急性胃粘膜损伤 ,而冰 +NaOH模型中反左金与左金丸形态上具有相当的药效 ,病理检测反左金明显优于左金丸。结论 :无水乙醇和冰NaOH造成的寒热胃粘膜损伤模型可用于评价相应药物和方剂的药效。 Objective: Establish cold-syndrome and hot-syndrome of gastric mucosal lesion rats models for relevant chinese medicine pharmacology study. Methods: Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups (treating and control group). Hot-syndrome models were established by oral administration with anhydrous alcohol, and cold-syndrome with ice sodium hydroxid. To test the models, we compared the protective effect of Zuojin Pill and Retro-Zuojin on the rats' lesion. Results: Zuojin Pill remarkly prevented and cured acute gastric mucosal lesion of hot-syndrome rats model, either in morphology or histology. Retro-Zuojin no effect. Retro-Zuojin showed smilar effect to Zuojin Pill on cold-syndrome, but pathology examine indicated Retro-Zuojin was superior to Zuojin Pill. Conclusion: Rat models of Gastric mucosal lesion induced by anhydrous alcohol and ice sodium hydroxid can be used to evaluate relevant medicine or prescription effects.
