摘要 针对某300MW火电机组的大旁路布置U型管管板式高压加热器系统,借助电站全工况、全范围真机的真实模型环境,通过详细的故障仿真实验,深入地分析、总结了高加管系泄漏和进出水室短路两类故障的特征参数变化规律。由于充分考虑了各高加间的相互影响以及高加系统与机组其它热力系统间耦合引起的系统效应,因此得到的高加系统故障特征规律与现有文献相比更加可靠,真实,弥补了现有高加故障知识库的不足。 A whole-bypass U-pipe high-pressure feed-water heater system of a 300MW unit is taken a the subject investigated. The changing rules of the main characteristic parameters under two different types of faults, “water pipe leakage of heater”and “short circuit between a heater抯 inlet and outlet water-room”,and analyzed and summarized through detailed fault simulation tests with a full-scope power station simulator.Because the interaction of the heaters and the systemic effect between the heater system and other parts of the unit are fully considered,the changing rules for the characteristic parameters under the two different faults gotten through simulation tests are more reliable and close to the actual operation condition.
