摘要
目的 探讨胸腺因子 D对垂体 -性腺轴内分泌衰老的延缓作用。 方法 雌、雄 2 1月老龄 SD大鼠各随机分成两组 ,一组隔日背部皮下注射胸腺因子 D2 mg· kg- 1 ,另一组及 6月青龄雌、雄对照注射等量生理盐水 ,连续处理 3个月后 ,用放射免疫法测定腺垂体组织、血清 FSF、L H和血清 E2 、T。结果 与雄性青龄对照组相比 ,雄性老年血清 L H升高 ,血清 T和 E2 下降 ,给药后 ,这些老年性改变可部分得到改善 ,而腺垂体组织FSH和血清 FSH、L H、E2 、T在各雌性大鼠间无差异。结论 胸腺因子 D可逆转老龄雄性大鼠垂体 -性腺轴内分泌激素的老龄性改变 。
OBJECTIVE To study the retarded senile effects of thymic factor D on endocrinic hormones of adenohypophysis and gonad in old rat.METHODS Twenty one month old female or male SD rats were divided into two groups respectively,one treaded with thymic factor D(TFD)in the dose of 2mg·kg -1 sc every other day for 3 months,while the other and six month old SD rats with equal physiological saline.After they were sacrificed,the concentrations of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in pituitary and in serum and estradiol(E 2)and testosterone(T)in serum were determined by radioimmunoassay.RESULTS The content of LH in serum in old male group was increased significantly when compared with that in young male control.Whereas the concentrations of T and E 2 in serum in old male group were apparently higher than those in young male group.However,the concentrations of those endocrinic hormones in old male group could restore with TFD.But in our experiment,the contents of FSH in pituitary and in serum and LH,E 2 and T in serum in the three female groups did not change.CONCLUSION It was suggested that TFD may possess beneficial effects on retarding senile by restoring the homoestasis of endocrinic hormones at the level of adenohypophysis gonad axis in old male rats,but to female rats,there was not obviously.
