实验性脾虚大鼠与冷应激大鼠回肠段SP、VIP含量的变化 被引量:4

摘要 目的 研究实验性脾虚大鼠与冷应激大鼠引起胃肠功能紊乱可能的共同机理。方法 应用放射免疫分析方法 (RIA) ,对实验性脾虚证大鼠及冷应激大鼠回肠始段P物质 (SP)、血管活性肠肽 (VIP)进行测定 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果 发现脾虚组SP含量显著升高 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,VIP含量显著降低 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ;应激组回肠段SP含量无明显改变 (P>0 .10 ) ,VIP含量明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 脾虚大鼠与冷应激大鼠回肠始段SP、VIP含量有改变 ,并可能与脾虚或应激引起的胃肠功能紊乱有关。结合其它研究可能设想 ? Objective To investigate mechanisms of gastrointestinal motility disorders presented in spleen deficiency (SD) and cool stress rats.Methods Compared with control groups,the substance P (SP) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP)levels in all layers of initial part of ileum in SD and cool stressrats were measured by radioimmunoassays (RIA).Results SP levels in ileum of experimental SD rats were significantly higher (P<0.005)while the VIP levels were significantly lower than that of the control groups (P<0.05).SP levels in ileum of cool stress heren't changes (P>0.10)while the VIP levels were significantly lower than that of the control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The results show that changes of SP and VIP levels in initial part ileum of SD and cool stress may be related to the gastrointestinal motility disorders presented in SD and cool stress rats. 〔
