超声心动图计算机纹理分析对评价犬急性心肌梗死准确性的实验研究

Experimental study of the accuracy evaluation of acute myocardial infarction in dogs by using of echocardiography combinated with computer texture analysis

目的 :探讨超声心动图计算机纹理分析是否可用于急性心肌梗死鉴别诊断的准确性研究。方法 :1 1只犬进行左冠状动脉前降支结扎术制作急性心肌梗死模型 ,采用 4种纹理参数 (二次角矩、对比度、熵和反差矩 )对急性心肌梗死实验犬的二维超声图像进行了检测和比较。结果 :四种纹理参数在急性心肌梗死前、后均存在明显差异 ,P值小于 0 .0 0 1。结论 :超声心动图计算机纹理分析对于急性心肌梗死的鉴别诊断具有一定的准确性 。

Objective To determine the feasibility and accuracy of differentatial diagnosis of the acute myocardiac infarction(AMI)by using echocardiography combinated with computer texture analystic system.Methods In 11 dogs,anterior descending branchs of left coronary arteries were ligated to introdue AMI model.4 kinds of texture parameters,including the angular second moment, ASM;the contrast,CON;the entropy,ENT;the inverse difference moment,IDM;were obtained to examine and compare in 2D images of AMI.Result A significant difference was found between pre-and post-infaract myocardium in 4 kinds of texture parameters, P <0.001.Conclusions Echocardiography combination with computer texture analysis allow to accutely differentiate the acute myocardiac infarction.Also,quantitative assessment on the texture changes of ultrasonic image may be conducted by computer texture analystuic system.
