Applying value of MRI-guided ipath 200 in diseases of skeleton system

目的 :评价ipath 2 0 0光学引导系统下MRI介入在骨骼系统的应用价值。方法 :对 2 1例骨骼疾病患者行ipath2 0 0光学引导系统下MRI穿刺检查 ,用抽吸针或骨钻获取标本。结果 :ipath 2 0 0光学引导系统下MRI穿刺准确率达10 0 % ,活检正确率为 90 .5 %。结论 :ipath 2 0

Objective:To study the applying value of MRI-guided of ipath 200 in diseases of skeleton system.Methods:Twenty-one cases of skeleton diseases were underwent biopsy with asperating needle on drilll-set through ipath 200 under the guidance of MRI.Results:The accuracy of biopsy was 100%.The accuracy of diseases diagnosis was 90.5%.Conclusion:MRI-guided ipath 200 seems to be a safe and effective method.
