摘要
目的 :介绍应用Marconi公司介入磁共振ipath 2 0 0光学引导系统进行的神经根阻滞的方法步骤及其准确性的评价。方法 :在配有手术器械的房间内 ,采用ipath 2 0 0介入操作系统 (大的显示屏和被动性红外线光学导航 )结合Marconi公司 0 .2 3T开放式MR成像仪 ,对 17例病人行颈部神经根阻滞 4例、胸部神经根阻滞及破坏 4例、腰骶部神经根阻滞 9例。T1和T2 (FSE)扫描成像来定位靶目标 ;FE和CBASS序列用来监测介入操作过程。结果 :本组病例手术成功率达10 0 % ,1~ 2月随访 ,效果良好。结论 :介入磁共振ipath 2 0
Objective:The purpose of this clinical trial was to describe the methodology and evaluate the accuracy of optical tracking based magnetic resonance-guided nerve root blockade.Methods:17 cases were performed with 0.23T Marconi ipath 200 MRI in a equipped operation room with large screen display and optical navigator utilizing infrared passive tracking;4 cases were performed in cervical nerve root,4 in thoracic nerve root,9 in lumber nerve root.T 1 and T 2 FSE images were used for localizing the target and FE or 2D or 3D CBASS for monitoring the procedures.Results:The outcome was very well in 1~2 months.Conclusion:MR-guided placement of the needle is an accurate and safe technique for nerve root blockade.
