Professor Deng Tietao's Experience in Treating Chronic Congestive Heart Failure Through Spleen

邓铁涛教授经过多年临床实践 ,总结出“心衰从脾论治”的学术观点。对心衰的病机强调“五脏皆致心衰 ,非独心也” ,认为心脾功能失调是导致痰瘀病理产物的重要因素 ,在治疗方面注重标本兼治 ,以益气化浊行瘀法治之 。

On the basis of his decades of clinical experience,professor Deng summarizes that heart failure should be treated through the spleen.It is argued that heart failure can be caused by other visceral disorders,not just by heart disease;that the blood stasis and phlegm resulting from the dysfunction of the heart and spleen are the important causative factors;that treatment should aim to supplement Qi,resolve phlegm and dissolve blood stasis.Moreover,empirical cases were listed.
