摘要
目的 观察黑松花粉对豚鼠离体小肠、结肠平滑肌活动的作用。方法 用破壁与未破壁的黑松花粉液进行对比 ,通过换能器用二道生理记录仪记录肠段的机械活动。结果 破壁黑松花粉液能增强小肠与结肠平滑肌的张力 ,与基础未破壁花粉液比较 ,差别有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1和 0 .0 1)。
Objective To observe the effect of Pollen Pini Nigrum on the activity of isolated intestinal smooth muscle of guinea pigs.Methods The effects of ruptured pollen and non-ruptured pollen were compared.The mechanical activity of intestine was recorded by two-channel physaiological recorder through transducer.Results Ruptured pollen could significantly (P<0.001 for small intestine,P<0.01 for colon) enhance the smooth muscle activity,as compared with that produced by non-ruptured pollen.Conclusion The active components of pollen pini nigrum to enhance the intestinal activity exist in the granules of pollen.
