摘要
目的 以微血管密度 (MicrovesselDensity ,MVD)为指标 ,探讨血管形成与人脑胶质瘤恶性程度的关系。方法 用免疫组化SP法对 49例人脑胶质瘤手术切除标本及 12例脑外伤内减压术中得到的正常脑组织进行了MVD值测定 ,分析MVD值与胶质瘤恶性程度的关系。结果 脑胶质瘤组织中MVD为 2 1.17± 8.0 5 ,显著高于正常脑组织 (9.92± 4.36 ) (P <0 .0 1) ,随着胶质瘤级别的升高 ,MVD水平有相应增高趋势。结论 MVD对脑胶质瘤的恶性生物学行为的评估有重要意义。
Objective This study was designed to investigate microvessel density(MVD) in glioma,and the relevance of angiogenesis to degree of glioma malignancy.Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to analyzing the intratumor MVD in surgical samples from 49 patients suffering from glioma and 12 samples from normal brain tissues obtained from cranicerebral injury surgery.Results MVD in cancer tissues was higher(21.17±8.05) than that in normal tissues(9.92±4.36)(P<0.01).Along with the rise of glioma pathologic grade, the MVD level was also increased.Conclusion MVD has an important significance to evaluate the malignant biological behavior of glioma.
