摘要
目的 了解城市居民就医现状和对社区医疗咨询与指导性卫生服务的付费意愿。方法 对 175 7个城市居民的就医及获得医疗卫生指导服务的付费意愿情况进行问卷调查。结果 男性病人平均医药费用与女性相比差异有显著性意义 ;收入高的、有慢性病的、文化程度高的、医生教师以外的脑力劳动工作者的愿意付出费用数较高 ;男性居民的愿意付出费用数一般较高。结论 城市居民愿意为获得咨询性、指导性医疗卫生服务付出一定的费用。
Objective To learn the present situation of seeing doctor and willingness to pay money for community health service among the urban inhabitants.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1757 urban inhabitants about their situation of seeing doctor and willingness of paying money for instructive medical services.Results The average medical costs of male patients were higher than the female patients′.Those people willing to pay more money for instructive medical services were the persons who had higher income,the persons with chronic diseases,the persons having higher education,and the mental labor workers except the doctors and teachers.Conclusion The urban inhabitants would like to pay some money for consultative and instructive medical services.
