健脾益气中药对消化性溃疡患者HP及HSP_(60)的影响

The Influence of Chinese Medical Herbs of Jianpiyiqi on Helicobacter pylori and Heat Shock Protein 60 in Patients with Peptic Ulcer

目的:探讨健脾益气中药对消化性溃疡（PU）患者幽门螺杆菌（HP）清除及热休克蛋白HSP60的影响。方法:临床观察HP清除率,运用斑点印迹技术及免疫组织化学方法检测血清及胃黏膜HSP60。结果:清除率在中药组与三联组之间无明显差异（P>0.05）,HSP60含量在中药组较三联组显著增高（P<0.01）。结论:健脾益气中药对HP有清除作用,这种作用可能与免疫反应相关。

Objective: To study the influence of Chinese medical herbs of Jianpiyiqi on H. pylori and heat shock protein (HSP60) in patient with peptic ulcer. Methods: The clearance rate of H. pylori and HSP60 were investigated by the techniqe of Western dot blot and immunohistochemistry. Results: There was no significant difference between the herb group and triple thercopy group, but the contents of HSP60were different between two groups. Conclusion: The Chinese medical herbs of Jian-piyiqi may have some effects on the clearance of H. pylori and HSP60 in cases of peptic ulcer, and the effects may be related with the immune action.
