摘要
目的:评价高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）治疗腹膜后淋巴结转移癌的疗效和安全性。方法:21例腹膜后淋巴结转移癌应用FEP-BYO1型高能体外聚焦超声肿瘤治疗机治疗,观察治疗前后临床症状、癌肿体积、B超声像学、多点穿刺活检病理变化。结果:显效5例,有效15例,无效1例;无1例出现并发症。结论:高强度聚焦超声可作为腹膜后淋巴结转移癌的一种安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective: To evaluate the effect and safety of extracorporeal pyrotherapy with high intensity focused ultrasound for treating metastatic retroperitoneal lymph node of carcinoma. Methods: 21 patients had been treated with FEP-BY01 py-rotherapier. After treatment, the clinical symptoms, the volume of tumor, the changes of B - ultrsonography and pathology were observed. Results: 5 of them showed remarkable effect, 15 effect, one no effect. There were no complications. Conclu-sions: High intensity focused ultrasound is an effective and safe technique for treating advanced abdominal malignant tumors and metastatic retroperitoneal lymph node of carcinoma.
