手术性急性脑损伤血清IL-6、神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平的监测及意义

目的 探索血清IL - 6、NSE在手术所致急性创伤性脑损伤前后的动态变化规律 ,为评价手术性脑损伤提供微观因子的量化指标。方法 随机收集 15例脑胶质瘤和 14例脑膜瘤患者 ,于术前和术后不同时点分别采取静脉血标本并用固相酶联免疫吸附法测定血清NSE水平 ,用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定血清IL - 6水平。结果 该组患者血清IL - 6水平和NSE水平术后均升高。胶质瘤组比脑膜瘤组升高明显。结论 颅脑手术后血清IL - 6。

Objective To investigate the dynamic change of serum levels of IL-6 and NSE after trauma induced by neurosurgery and to investigate if they can be employed to evaluate the extent of operative brain injury.Methods Venous samples were obtained pre-operation and at varisons periods from 15 patients with brain gliomas and 14 patients with meningioma.Serum levels of IL-6 and NSE were measured.Results Serum levels of IL-6 and NSE were elevated in all of these cases.Both were significantly more elevated in glioma group than that in meningioma group.Conclusion Serum levels of IL-6 and NSE can be used to reflect the severity of oprative brain injury.
