三苯双脒肠溶片治疗肠道线虫感染的效果观察

STUDY ON THE EFFICACY OF TRIBENDIMIDINE FOR TREATMENT OF INTESTINAL NEMATODE INFECTIONS

目的 观察三苯双脒 (Tribendimidine)肠溶片对钩虫、蛔虫和蛲虫感染的驱虫效果和可能发生的不良反应。方法 对 2岁以上单纯钩虫、蛔虫、蛲虫感染或混合感染者 2 5 1例随机分组 ,比较成人服用单剂三苯双脒 4 0 0 m g或阿苯达唑 4 0 0 mg治疗钩虫感染和蛲虫感染 ,三苯双脒 30 0 mg或阿苯达唑 4 0 0 mg治疗蛔虫感染的驱虫效果及不良反应。结果 三苯双脒、阿苯达唑对蛔虫感染的虫卵阴转率分别为 98.0 % (49/ 5 0 )和 10 0 .0 % ;对钩虫感染的虫卵阴转率分别为 92 .0 % (46 / 5 0 )和74 .0 % (37/ 5 0 ) ;对蛲虫感染的虫卵阴转率分别为 7/ 10和 9/ 10。三苯双脒的不良反应发生率低而轻 ,对血象、肝肾功能和心电图无明显影响。结论 三苯双脒 4 0 0 m g治疗美洲钩虫和十二指肠钩虫感染有显著疗效 ,30 0 mg组与阿苯达唑 4 0 0 m g组治疗蛔虫感染的效果相当 ,对蛲虫感染也有效 ,并且有排虫快 ,服药简便。

Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of tribendimidine.Methods Two hundred and fifty one cases of intestinal nematode infections were divided into six groups. A single dose of tribendimidine 300 mg or albendazole 400 mg(half to children of age under 14) was given to treat Ascaris infected persons, and 400 mg of both drugs were respectively given to treat hookworm or Enterobius vermicularis infected persons. Results The Ascaris, hookworm, and Enterobius eggs negative conversion rates of tribendimidine and albendazole were 98 0%(49/50) and 100 0%(50/50), 92 0%(46/50) and 74 0%(37/50), 7/10 and 9/10 respectively. The side effect of tribendimidine was mild and transient, and the drug had no adverse effect on blood picture, liver or renal functions and ECG. Conclusion Tribendimidine had significantly better effect against hookworm than albendazole had in a dose of 400 mg and the effect of tribendimidine 300 mg against Ascaris was as good as albendazole 400 mg, but not so good on Enterobius . The drug was characteristic of quick worm expelling efficacy, convenience and seldom side effects.
