严重烧伤继发心搏骤停成功复苏12例 被引量:2

Successful resuscitation of secondary sudden arrest of heart after severe burn in 12 cases

摘要 目的:为了提高严重烧伤继发心搏骤停的临床救治水平,降低烧伤死亡率。方法:通过12例严重烧伤继发心搏骤停的复苏救治,对肾上腺素的用量、碳酸氢钠的应用、紧急气管切开、对因治疗等方面进行临床分析总结。结果:12例患者复苏成功,全部痊愈出院。结论:分秒必争,尽快而有效地进行心肺复苏操作,仍是复苏成功的关键。畅通气道,必要时紧急气管切开,对复苏的成功至关重要。烧伤休克期心肺复苏中应用碳酸氢钠,具有纠酸、扩容双重作用,利于复苏。肾上腺素的效应与药物的剂量、用药时间存在着密切关系。
