β_2微球蛋白水平与类风湿性关节炎活动性及干燥综合征自身抗体的关系

The correlation between β_2 microglobulin levels and activity in rheumatoid arthritis and auto-antibodies in Sjogren′s syndrome

目的 观察类风湿性关节炎 (RA)患者的β2 微球蛋白 (β2 -MG)水平与风湿活动的关系 ;干燥综合征(SS)患者的 β2 -MG水平与自身抗体的关系。方法 采用放射免疫法测定 31例RA患者、 2 4例SS患者及 35例对照者的血清及唾液β2 -MG水平 ;魏氏法检测各患者血沉 (ESR)值 ;免疫印迹法检测SS患者的抗SSA、抗SSB抗体。结果 RA患者的血清及SS患者的血清、唾液 β2 -MG水平与对照者相比差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;RA活动组血清β2-MG水平与缓解组的比较 ,差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;β2 -MG水平与血沉值呈中度正相关 (r=0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ;自身抗体呈阳性的SS患者血清β2 -MG水平与自身抗体是阴性的患者的值比较 ,差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 β2 -MG水平升高可作为观察疾病活动的一项敏感指标 ,并提示β2 -MG水平升高与自身抗体有一定关系。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the levels of serum β 2 microglobulin(β 2-MG) and disease activity in rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and auto-antibodies in Sjogren′s syndrome (SS).Methods Using radioimmunoassay,the serum and salivary β 2 microglobulin concentration were measured in 31 RA patients,24 SS patients and 35 normal persons.Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)was measured by Westergren and anti-SSA,anti-SSB,auto-antibodies were measured by western blotting.Results Levels of serum β 2-MG in RA patients and serum,salivary β 2-MG in SS patients were all higher than those in controls (P<0.01).In RA we found serum β 2-MG levels in disease active group were significantly higher than those in non-active group and there were positive correlation between serum β 2-MG and ESR (r=0.5,P<0.01).In SS,there were not significant differences between the levels of serum β 2-MG with negative auto-antibodies and those in controls(P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum β 2-MG could be a sensitive marker of disease activity and it also indicates that there are certain relations between the high levels of serum β 2-MG and auto-antibodies.
