摘要
鸡西矿务局新发煤矿主井井筒在掘进到25m时,涌水量为22.5m3/h,并且有逐渐增大趋势,通过研究井筒检查孔流量测井报告,认为是发育于40m与60m处的风化裂隙承压含水层沿风化裂隙上涌所致,为了保证井筒正常施工,采用了工作面预留岩帽短段掘砌注浆封堵含水层方法,注浆成井45m,水泥消耗量0.78t/m,水玻璃消耗量0.28t/m,工期35d,成井后井筒涌水量4m3/h,达到了预期效果。
When main shaft in Xinfa coal mine of Jixi mining bureau was drived at 25m, the outflow of water 22.5m3/h, and tend to increase gradually. Through study on logging of flow rate report of check hole in coal mine, consider that was caused by weathering fracture confined aquifer developed in locations of 40m and 60m poured upward along fracture. For to construct normally, the method of step sinking under remain rock plug on working face to close aquifer was used, shaft-sinking completion 45m, consume of cement 0.78t/m, consume of water glass 0.28t/m, construction time 35 days, outflow of water 4m3/h after shaft-sinking completion.So it has obtained expectant effect.
