黄斑部视网膜下新生血管(附30例临床分析)

Macular Subretinal Neovascularization (with A Clinical Analysis of 30 Cases).

报告30例黄斑部视网膜下新生血管,阐述了发病机理、临床表现及治疗。本组包括老年盘状变性、中心性渗出性脉络膜况网膜炎、血管样条纹、高度近视合并黄斑变性及外伤性黄斑视网膜病变。

Thirty cases of macular subretinal neovascularization, were reported. They were caused by senile macular disciform degeneration, central exudative chorioretinitis, angioid streaks, high myopia complicated with maenlar degeneration and trnumatic macular retinopathy, etc. The clinical characteristics, the fluorescein angiographic findings and the pathogenesis of macular subretinal neovascularization were presented in this paper, and its treatment was discussed as well.
