摘要
论述了用傅立叶红外光谱仪和黑体辐射源、试样加热器、温度控制系统、辅助光路系统等构成的测试装置进行红外光谱发射率测量的方法 ,给出了测试结果 ,讨论了常温下进行红外光谱发射率测量的方法。
A measurement method of infra-red spectral emissivity with a measurement system is described, the system is composed of Fourier infra-red spectrometer, blackbody and sample heater, optical system, etc. In addition, a measurement result is presented, and the measurement method under room-temperature is discussed.
