摘要
麻醉大鼠结扎左冠状动脉主干致急性心肌缺血,静注绞股蓝总皂甙10mg·kg^(-1)/min×10min,经微机系统检测分析表明:绞股蓝总皂甙在不增加心肌耗氧量情况下可改善缺血早期左室的收缩、舒张性能,尤其对后者作用更明显,并可升高血压,增加左室心内膜下血液供应,缩小梗塞范围。提示绞股蓝总皂甙对缺血心肌的保护作用,与其改善缺血早期心功能有关。
In 24 anesthetized rats, acute myocardial ischemia was induced by ligation of left coronary artery. The effects of gypenosides(GYP)on the cardiac function of these rats was studied. Ten minutes before ligation, intravenous injection of GYP(10mg.kg^(-1)/min×10min)was performed and the hemodynamic parameters were automatically determined and analyzed by microcomputer systemically before and after Jigation.Instead of GYP, equal amount of normal saline was used as control. The results showed that GYP may improve the contractility and relaxation of early ischemic left ventricle, under the circumstances of no increase of oxygen consumption, especially more distinet in the effect of later.The blood presure may be increased and the blood supply was increased in the subendocardium of the left ventricle and reduced its infarct, thus indicating GYP have protective effect on the ischemic myocardia, and it is considered to be related to the improvement of cardiac function.
