本文就塑料注射模型腔内压力变化对制品造成缺陷的定性分析,对设计模具浇铸系统和选用注射工艺参数提出了改进意见。

By analyzing the products produced in injection moulding machine, people found out that a high percentage of waste products are caused by the shrinkage cavities and shrinkage porosity in them. While,the variation of the pressure in the cavities is one of the most important factor that directly affect the occurrence of such phenomena as shrinkage cavities and shrinkage porosity.
