大肠癌局部淋巴细胞浸润与预后的关系

On Relationship between lymphocyte Infiltration in Large Intestine Carcinoma and Its Prognosis

对65例大肠癌局部淋巴细胞浸润与其他预后因素之间的关系进行统计分析,发现其间的关系有非常显著的意义,而且前者反映了机体对肿瘤的防御能力,是影响预后的决定性因素,也是判断预后的一个良好的指标。

Sixty-five cases of large intestine carcinoma were analysed with regard to the relationship between local lyrephocyte infiltration and factors influencing its prognosis. Results of the study confirm that there is a statistically significant correlation between them ( p<0.01). It suggests that local infiltration in large intestine carcinoma reflects the defensive ability of body organism against cancer and is yet a good index for judgement of prognosis
