摘要
本文研究了电镀 CBN砂轮端面磨削沟槽底面时磨削力的不稳定性及其与磨粒损伤形式之间的关系。在砂轮磨削的初期阶段存在磨削力急升陡降的凸峰 ,之后磨削力小幅波动具有随砂轮累积磨削体积增加而增大的趋势。在磨削过程中 CBN磨粒存在尖端磨损、磨粒切削刃破损、磨粒整体破碎和磨粒脱落等损伤形式 ,决定了磨削力的持续增大和不稳定特性。
This paper describes the grinding force characteristics of electroplated small diameter CBN quills when face grinding the bottom of deep grooves When face grinding with CBN quills, the grinding force increases and decreases rapidly in the initial stage of wheel grinding and increases with the cumulative wheel grinding stock removal There are four types of CBN grain damage,viz falling off, broken, chipping and worning in down the grinding process They cause unsteadiness in grinding force and its continued increase in grinding force
