小儿体外循环心内直视手术106例分析

报告12岁以下小儿心脏直视手术106例。室缺55例,房缺13例,肺动脉瓣狭窄4例,法乐四联症22例,法乐三联症6例,肺动脉隔缺损、完全性房室管畸形各1例,三尖瓣闭锁、风心二尖瓣替换各2例。死亡5例,成功率95.3％。并对早期手术的必要性和术前准备及术后并发症防治进行讨论。

106 cases of intra cardiac surgery under direct vision and extracorpreal circulation have been performed on children under 12 years old. Postoperative complications: 5 cases of low cardiac output syndrom, 1 case of heart failure, 1 case of pericardial tamponade,2 cases of dropping off tracheal catheter and others such as paroxysmal supreventricular tachycardia, junctional rhythm, etc. 5 cases died. The rate of operative suc- cess was 95.3%。 The author suggests that children suffering from congenital heart diseases be operated as early as possible, And intensive postoperative care and monitor must be stressed to reduce the incidence ef complications.
