本文以酒店人力资源的会计管理问题为论题 ,探讨酒店人力资源的价值运动 ,对酒店业推行人力资源会计进行了理论分析和应用研究 ,提出了酒店人力资源会计管理的理论性框架。

The topic of this is the problem of accountant management about human resources in the hotel. In the thesis we will look into the value's movement of human resources and analyze the theory of the accountant as to hotel's human resources, so give the theoretical frame of the accountant management.
