摘要
提出了用相关有效场理论来处理三维伊辛 (Ising)反铁磁 -反铁磁超晶格的磁性 ,研究了在无外场时AFAFS的临界温度与超晶格结构之间的关系。发现在超晶格元胞层数较少时 ,交换积分对临界温度起相当大的作用 ,且临界温度与关联参数有关 ,当 Ja=Jb=Js时 。
In this paper,correlated effective field treatment for the three-dimensional Ising antiferro antiferromagnetic superlattice(AFAFS)without external field has been presented.The critical temperature dependence of the layers of superlattice cell and superlattice structure is investigated.When the number of the layers of lattice cell is not large,the effect of the interface exchange interaction is very great.The critical temperture and pair correlation parameter depend on J a,J b,J s as well as the number of layers of the superlattice cell.If J a=J b=J s the critical temperature goes back to that of the bulk material.
