摘要 建立了带单槽孔多层平面结构场分布的谱域电磁模型 .对该模型的数值求解讨论了相应的数值技术 ,以解决谱域积分中的奇异和振荡问题 .通过采用分离快慢变函数、大宗量简化函数、合理划分积分区域等一系列加速计算方法 ,大大缩短了计算时间 . An electromagnetic model for multilayer planar structure with single slot was built in spectral domain. Numerical techniques were discussed for its numerical solution, to deal with the problems of singularity and oscillation in the numerical integration in spectral doman, etc. The calculation time is greatly reduced by a series of numerical techniques such as dividing integrand into two different parts,simplifying the function for large arguments, dividing integration regions appropriately, etc. The solution is convergent and reasonable.
