摘要
结合石梁河水库加固工程中滚水堰一次性成型施工的工程实践 ,对其在模板制作形式、架立方式方面所进行的堰型控制 ,在选择原材料过程中考虑降低混凝土水化热和注意内外温差等方面所做的防堰体裂缝控制 ,以及特殊的基面处理等作了重点介绍。控制技术有效 ,能使复杂堰面一次浇筑成型 ,内实外光 ,质量效果明显 ,可以在类似曲面混凝土施工中推广应用。
The overflow weir instant formation technology at Shilianghe Reservoir Reinforcing Project is discussed with detailed introductions made on the making of weir models, the setting up of formwork, the control of weir shape and weir body cracks, the mixing and casting of concrete, and the special treatment of base level, etc.. The technology is effective in control and can make the casting and formation of complex weir surface successful all at once. Besides, the completed weir is solid inside and smooth outside. So the technology can be widely applied in concrete engineering construction of curved surface.
