摘要
目前应用于风机调速的各种方法中效率最高的是变频调速 ,但它还没有使拖动风机的异步电动机效率达到最高。为实现异步电动机的高效运行 ,提出了一种不同于普通压频比恒定的变频变压方法 ,即在保持频率不变、满足风机所要求转速的条件下 ,通过调节输入电压 ,使异步电动机的效率达到最高。着重分析了异步电动机的运行效率问题 ;从仿真和实验两方面验证了所提方法的有效性 ;给出了电机输入功率和定子电流随电压的变化规律 ;得到了在整个调速范围内使电机效率最高的压频比曲线 (基本上是一条直线 )。
The efficiency of an induction motor with a fan in a variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) speed adjusting system is compared with a novel high efficiency control strategy achieved by adjusting the frequency and the input voltage separately. The efficiency characteristics of induction motors are analyzed for different load conditions. The simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme. The input power and stator current variations with variation of the input voltage are also given. A relationship between the voltage and the frequency is presented which maximizes motor efficiency over the whole speed range.
