摘要
提出了一种基于故障模式影响分析法的大规模配电系统可靠性评估算法。该算法考虑故障后的潮流和电压约束 ,高效评估负荷点及整个系统的可靠性 ,找出网络中薄弱环节。该算法和相应软件的研制开发为配电系统的规划和管理及城乡电网改造提供了有力的分析工具。实际大规模配电网计算验证了该方法的有效性 。
Failure mode and effect analysis is used to develop an efficient algorithm for evaluating large scale distribution system reliability, which takes system capacity constraint into consideration. The research and development of this algorithm and the Distribution System Reliability Evaluator software (DSRE TH) provide a powerful tool for distribution system planning and reconstruction. The application of the algorithm to the Tianjin distribution system corroborate its validity and efficiency.
