摘要
通过移线车流的边际收入与边际成本的分析 ,运用成本效益评价的方法 ,对京广、京九两条平行线路分工可能形成的成本与收入的变动情况进行了定量与定性分析 .探讨了影响车流径路选择的相关因素 ,对京广、京九两线平行径路运输结构的调整做了分析 。
The marginal benefit and cost of the transferring wagon flow were analyzed; the varied cost and benefit of the two parallel lines were also analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively by cost benefit evaluation method. Some relative factors, which influence the choice of the wagon flow route, were discussed. Based on the study of the transportation structure adjustment of the two parallel lines, the management project of the line Jing Jiu was presented.
