锰铁高炉采用高富氧大喷吹技术

摘要 本文根据富氧鼓风和喷煤技术在高炉生产实践中的应用和理论,通过分析得出,富氧大喷吹技术能保持锰铁高炉长期稳定在风口前理论最佳燃烧温度条件下操作。通过计算预测了新建一台6000m^3/h制氧机,为3×255m^3高炉均衡供氧,可达到年增产锰铁4.13万吨,节约焦炭3.43万吨,以煤代焦1.75万吨的效果。 Based on practice and theory of oxygen enriched blasting and coal injection applied to blast furnace, it is considered that this technology can keep the ferromauganese blast furnace in smooth operation ordinarily under the optimum theoretical combustion temperature in front of the tuyers. It estimates that a 6000m^3/h oxygen making machine supplying oxygen for 3×255m^3 blast furnaces can give a result of increasing FeMn productivity by 4l300t/y, coke-saving by 34300t and coke replacing with coal by 17500t.
