摘要
矿热炉冶炼炭素铬铁如何选择合适的渣型,本文从炉渣的成分、熔点,粘度和电导率诸方面进行了讨论。认为在电气参数 I_2/V_2=280—350的条件下,适宜的炉渣成分是 MgO30—44%、SiO_227—32%、Al_2O_321—28%,其熔点、粘度、电导率均能满足炭素铬铁冶炼的要求。
In this paper,the selection of appropriate slag constitution for smelting of high-carbon ferrochromium in electric furnace is discussed on aspects such as composition,melting point,conductivity and viscosity of slag.It is consi- dered that under a given electric parameter I_2/V_2=280-350,slag with MgO 30 —44%,SiO_227—32%,Al_2O_321—28% is sutable for high-carbon ferrochromium smelting on its melting point,viscosity and conductivity.
