腰段督脉电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Clinical study on treatment of lumbar vertebral disc herniation with lumber Du channel electrical acupuncture

目的探讨腰段督脉针刺配合韩氏穴位神经刺激仪(HANS)对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果。方法随机分为两组,Ⅰ组为电针组,以腰段督脉穴针刺+韩氏穴位神经刺激仪(HANS)进行治疗,Ⅱ组为硬膜外组,以腰段硬脊膜外腔神经阻滞进行治疗。结果Ⅰ组血浆β-内啡肽明显升高(P<0.05),但与Ⅱ组升高相似(P>0.05)。两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)及临床疗效亦无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论腰段督脉针刺配合HANS通过提高β-内啡肽水平治疗腰椎间盘突出症,该法疗效与硬膜外阻滞相似,尤适合不宜行硬膜外腔阻滞的腰椎间盘突出症患者。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of lumber Du channel electrical acupuncture matching with HANS on lumbar vertebral disc herniation (LDH).Method One hundred forty patients with LDH were randomly divided into two groups.Electrical acupuncture matching with HANS was used in group one and nerve block in lumbar epidural space was used in group two.Results The concentration of plasma β endorphin was increased obviously in group one after the treatment (P< 0.05). But the increase had no significant difference between two groups as well as the results of visual analog scales(VAS) and clinical effect(P >0.05).Conclusion Lumber Du channel electrical acupuncture matching with HANS could treat LDH through enhancing the concentration level of β endorphin. The effect was similar to nerve block in epidural space.It was especially appropriate for patients not suitable receiving epidural space nerve block.
