摘要
本文应用热力学理论分析了锰铁合金还原脱磷的反应条件。采用硅钙合金对锰铁合金进行了还原脱磷的实验研究。研究了硅钙粉的用量、CaF_2熔剂的加入量和温度等因素对脱磷率的影响。
Conditions for reductive dephosphorization of ferromanganese is analyzed in this paper by thermodynamic theory.Silico-calcium alloy was used for experimental Study of dephosphorization.Factors influencing the dephospho- rization rate such as quantity of silico-calcium powder and fluorspar as well as temperature are also researched.
