髂内动脉灌注化疗预防膀胱癌术后复发的疗效观察

摘要
目的：观察经髂内动脉放置化疗泵行膀胱区域化疗预防膀胱癌复发的疗效。方法：膀胱癌术后行化疗泵植入术和盆腔内动脉再分布术。结果：24例均获随访，仅1例复发，复发率为4．2％（1／24），复发率低。结论：此方法预防膀胱癌复发效果较好。
