摘要
对使用马达加斯加铬矿冶炼炭素铬铁的1000kVA 矿热炉进行了炉体解剖。结果表明,炉内物料从上至下可分为四个区域,即炉料区、残炭区、熔渣区和金属熔池区。同时研究了铬和硅在炉内的还原过程,铬矿在炉料区已开始还原,其还原程度与铬矿的物理化学特性及工艺操作密切相关,二氧化硅的还原主要在残炭区和熔渣区进行。
Digging-out was done on a 1000kVA high-carbon furnace which charged wtih chrome ore from Madagascar.It shows that the mass contained in furnace can be divided into four areas,the mix area,carbon remaining area,molten slag area and metal bath area from top to bottom.The reduction process of chromium and silicon are also studied.The chrome ore begin to reduce even at the mixarea and the degree of reduction is closely related to physical and chemical chracter of ores as well as process operation.The reduction of silica is predominant in carbon remaining area and molten slag area.
