摘要
本文介绍了3200 kVA 硅铁电炉除尘系统的设计方案及主要设备参数、除尘工艺流程、除尘系统的控制和运行情况。除尘后排放的烟气含尘浓度达到了16.36—26.58mg/m^3.
This paper introduces the design schem,main equipment parameters, process flowsheet,controlling and operation condition of fume cleaning system for a 3200kVA ferrosilicon furnace.The fume concentration in exhaust attained to 16.36-26.58mg/m^3.
