疏风定痛丸中士的宁含量测定方法的研究

STUDY ON THE QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION OF STRYCHNINE IN SHUFENGDINGTONG PILLS BY HPLC

目的:建立疏风定痛丸中士的宁的含量测定;方法:HPLC法;色谱条件为:硅胶柱,以正己烷—二氯甲烷—无水甲醇—三乙胺(47.5:47.5:5:0.4)为流动相,流速:1.0ml/min,检测波长为280nm。结果:平均回收率98.13％,RSD=1.04％。结论:此方法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,其它组分对测定无干扰,可用于该制剂的质量评价和质量控制。

Objective: Toestablish the quantitative determination of Strychnine in Shufengdingtong Pills by HPLC. Methods: Chromatography conditions of HPLC:Hypersil Si column;the mobil phase consisting of a mixture of n—hexane—dichloromethane—methanol anhydrous—triethylamine(47.5:47.5:5:0.4);detecting wavelength 280nm;flow rate 1.0ml/min.Results: The average recovery was 98.13％(RSD 1.04％).Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and with a good reproducibility.
