摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定青黛中靛蓝和靛玉红的含量。色谱柱为AlltimaC_(18)分析柱:流动相为甲醇—0.1％醋酸(73:27);检测波长为292nm;流速为1.0ml/min;柱温40℃。靛蓝和靛玉红的加样回收率分别为98.9％(n=6)、97.3％(n=6)。本方法简便、迅速、灵敏、重现性好,可有效地控制青黛药材的质量。
To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for determination of indigo and indirubin in Indigo Naturalis.The chromatographic conditions adopted were:ALLTIMA C_(18) column(250mm×4.6mm;5μm);mobile phase:methanol-0.1％acetic acid(73:27);detection wavelength at 292nm.The average recoveries of indigo and indirubin were 98.9％ and 97.3％,respectively.The results showed that this method was simple,reliable and accurate.It is sutiable for the quality control of Indigo Naturalis.
