介绍了 75W/90、85W/90变速箱油的研制过程。通过理化测试、变速箱台架试验及 10万km道路耐久性实验 ,研制的 75W/90变速箱油满足德国大众VW5 0 1.5 0技术规范 ,85W/90变速箱油各项指标符合东风汽车公司变速箱油技术要求 。
The development of 75W/90 and 85W/90 tranmission oils are introduced.The experiments indiate that 75W/90 transmission oil can meet the technology specifications of German VW501.50 by the physicochemical properties test,bench tests and 100,000 kilometers field test.And all kinds of quality index of 85W/90 transmission oil can meet the requirements of Dongfeng Automotive company,becoming the factory fill oil.
