二冲程汽油机油清净性热管模拟评定技术的研究

摘要 介绍了试油流速的变化范围在 0 .5~ 2 .0mL/h ,空气流量 10~ 15mL/min ,试验温度 2 70~ 2 80℃ ,试验时间 8~ 16h条件下热管氧化试验的考察结果 ,表明风冷和水冷二冲程汽油机油的热管氧化试验模拟评分与台架试验评定有一定的相关性 ,该评定方法及BIRGY 95 0型热管氧化模拟试验仪可以用于筛选油品配方 ,考察各类基础油和添加剂的热氧化稳定性、清净分散性等综合性能 ,可作为油品性能评价的实验室模拟评定手段之一。 The investigated results of heat tube oxidation test were presented under the conditions like 0.5~2.0 ml.h 1 of test oil flow rate,10~15ml.min 1 of air flow capacity ,270~280℃ of test temperature and 8~16 h of test time,indicating that there is the relativity between the simulated score and bench test evaluation of heat tube oxidation test for wind cooling and water cooling two stroke gasoline engine oils.This evaluation method and BIRGY-950 heat tube oxidation simulation tester can be used to screen the oil formula and investigate the comprehensive performances like the thermal oxidation stability,detergency dispersancy of all kinds of base oils and additives.It's one of the simulation evaluation means used for performances evaluation of oil at laboratory.
